Mr. Winchester is Practice Group Leader for the firm's Business and Financial Services Litigation Department and is the Office Managing Partner of the Wilmington office.  Mr. Winchester is a general litigator who has represented and advised pharmaceutical, manufacturing, chemical, business, insurance, bank and individual clients with respect to corporate, coverage, M&A, commercial, tort, products liability, environmental, and employment matters. He has prosecuted and defended actions in state and federal courts in various jurisdictions throughout the country. Mr. Winchester's diverse background includes service with leading international and regional law firms and a $15 billion multinational corporation.

Mr. Winchester serves on McCarter's Ediscovery Committee and is a member of the SEDONA Conference® Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production, and served on its drafting team for "The Cooperation Toolkit for Inside Counsel."

Representative Matters

Won favorable judgment following CPR arbitration of breach of contract claims which exceeded $50 million between parties to a ten year buy/sell agreement.
Led team which successfully conducted one of the largest and most compressed production efforts in the history of electronic discovery.
Won favorable $10+ million judgment following AAA arbitration of breach of contract claim.
Led team which secured summary dismissal of fertilizer manufacturer sued in connection with Oklahoma City Bombing.
