Ms. Jensen Bucaro is a member of the Business & Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. Associated with the Firm since 2005, Ms. Jensen Bucaro acts on behalf of large financial service companies and insurance carriers in complex litigation, major class actions, and regulatory proceedings concerning alleged deceptive sales practices, consumer fraud, and breach of contract issues. In response to judicial inquiries, and regulatory inquiries brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Ms. Jensen Bucaro heads complicated, large-scale electronic data discovery projects.
