Ms. Jensen Bucaro is a member of the Business & Financial Services Litigation Practice Group. Associated with the Firm since 2005, Ms. Jensen Bucaro acts on behalf of large financial service companies and insurance carriers in complex litigation, major class actions, and regulatory proceedings concerning alleged deceptive sales practices, consumer fraud, and breach of contract issues. In response to judicial inquiries, and regulatory inquiries brought by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Ms. Jensen Bucaro heads complicated, large-scale electronic data discovery projects. Her expert knowledge of eDiscovery technology, tools and resources, makes her indispensable in providing training on how to effectively and efficiently perform a document review.
In addition, Ms. Jensen Bucaro also brings technical and design skills that she honed while working in news broadcasting. These skills prove important to both handling and safeguarding confidential client materials, and to crafting inventive, CLE accredited legal presentations.
Ms. Jensen Bucaro devotes herself to the Firm's important pro bono work. She has long committed her time to ACLU Protection of Voter Rights; Veteran Disability Claims; Estate Planning with Advanced Directives for Newark HIV patients; Real Estate Land Transfers; Guardianship Matters; and extensive In-Court Mediation.
Ms. Jensen-Bucaro has been recognized as a New Jersey Rising Star in 2010.
