Ms. Jensen Bucaro is an associate of the firm’s Business & Financial Services Litigation Practice Group and acts on behalf of large financial service companies and insurance carriers in complex litigation, major class actions, and regulatory proceedings concerning alleged deceptive sales practices, consumer fraud, and breach of contract issues. Ms. Jensen Bucaro’s practice also focuses on antitrust litigation to include issues of price-fixing, tying, exclusive dealing, monopolization, and competitor collaborations. In response to state and federal judicial inquiries, and regulatory inquiries brought by such as the U.S. Securities and Exchange, the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, and the Federal Trade Commission, Ms. Jensen Bucaro specializes in large scale eDiscovery implementation and management. She heads all aspects of multifaceted projects to include document preservation and information collection (being well-versed in the compendium of legal obligations and privacy concerns), development of legally strategic protocols and adaptive workflows, scrutiny of ESI findings (analysis of content, context, key patterns and defensible withholdings), and complex data-set delivery. With an expert knowledge of eDiscovery technology, tools and resources, Ms. Jensen Bucaro is instrumental in providing training programs on how to effectively and efficiently process discovery.
Owing to her considerable experience in the area of electronic discovery, Ms. Jensen Bucaro serves as a contributing member of McCarter's Litigation Support Advisory Board for the scrutiny and development of cutting edge eDiscovery practices.
Ms. Jensen Bucaro also devotes herself to the Firm's important pro bono work. She has long committed her time to ACLU Protection of Voter Rights; Veteran Disability Claims; and Guardianship Matters.
Ms. Jensen Bucaro is fluent in French and Danish.
