Ms. Kroncke is a partner and practice group leader for the Public Finance Group. Ms. Kroncke is experienced in all aspects of public finance, and serves as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, issuer's counsel, underwriter's counsel, credit enhancement counsel, purchaser's counsel and borrower's counsel on a variety of transactions for a multitude of issues. She has worked on bond issues in these capacities for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and many of its authorities, including the Massachusetts School Building Authority, the Massachusetts Water Pollution Abatement Trust, the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority, the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, Massachusetts Development Finance Agency, Massachusetts Health and Educational Facilities Authority, the University of Massachusetts Building Authority, the Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority and the Massachusetts Housing Finance Authority.
Ms. Kroncke has served as counsel for bond issues involving housing bonds, industrial development bonds for industrial and commercial enterprises and bonds issued on behalf of not-for-profit institutions, including hospitals, colleges and universities, secondary schools, cultural institutions and behavioral services institutions within and outside of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Ms. Kroncke has been recognized as a Chambers USA "Leaders in their Field" lawyer for 2012-2013.
