Richard Dale - Principal, Sigma Partners
Mr. Dale has over 16 years of experience founding and running software companies. His proven leadership abilities combined with deep technical and operational expertise provide a platform to advise entrepreneurs in building solid technology companies. At Sigma, Mr. Dale focuses on opportunities in the areas of infrastructure software and security technologies, and sits on the Board of Directors of several software companies. He was recently named one of the best mentors to entrepreneurs in the Boston area by BostInno.
Doug Levin - Director, Massachusetts Technology Development Council (MTDC)
Mr. Levin is a serial entrepreneur with nearly thirty years of experience in the software industry. Mr. Levin has broad experience in finance, operations, business development, marketing and sales, and an excellent track record of serving on boards of Directors and Advisors. He currently serves as a Director at the Massachusetts Technology Development Corporation, a member of the Board of Directors of Black Duck Software (which he founded in 2002), and an advisor to numerous startups.
Una S. Ryan, Ph.D., O.B.E. - President and CEO, Diagnostics for All
Dr. Ryan is President and CEO of Diagnostics for All, a non-profit focused on low cost, easy to use diagnostics for the developing world. Dr. Ryan was formerly President and CEO of Waltham Technologies, and before that she was president and CEO of AVANT Immunotherapeutics, a publicly traded biopharmaceutical company developing vaccines for cancer, travelers, food safety and global health. She currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of AMRI and as an advisor to a number of other companies and organizations.

Mr. Lucash concentrates his practice on high technology companies, and the organizations and individuals who invest in those companies. His experience includes working with companies involved in a wide range of technologies, and the corporate, financing, technology transfer and intellectual property issues required for their growth. He works with Internet-based, software, mobile and medical device companies and interactive media businesses.
