Mr. Hall is a partner in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. His practice focuses on land use and land development law. He represents both public and private sector clients in connection with land use and development approval proceedings involving municipal zoning regulations; other governmental land use regulations; and environmental regulations impacting the use and development of real property.
His practice includes litigation in the trial courts and appellate courts involving appeals of governmental decisions on land development applications; challenges to land use regulations; Mt. Laurel affordable housing lawsuits; and related controversies. Mr. Hall also works closely with other members of the Real Estate Group in advising clients on land use issues associated with complex real estate transactions.
Mr. Hall is a co-author for Practical Skills Series - Municipal Land Use, published in 2000 by the New Jersey Institute for Continuing Legal Education for its Skills and Methods Course. He was a contributing author for the prior edition published in 1995, and he has authored articles on land law use issues.
Mr. Hall is recognized as a New Jersey Super Lawyer for 2006, 2008-2012 editions.
