Mr. Levy practices in all phases of patent prosecution, licensing, strategic planning, and litigation. Mr. Levy has provided due diligence in connection with sales, financing, and underwriting. He has been involved in complex technology licensing and swapping agreements, including those for well-known consumer products and brands. He has lectured on patent law at the Practicing Law Institute and authored the section on U.S. patent law in the treatise Doing Business in the United States. In addition to his bar admissions he is a registered patent attorney with broad experience in handling various patent office matters including complex re-examinations and interferences. He has tried cases in courts throughout the United States and before the International Trade Commission and has managed foreign litigation. Mr. Levy has been involved in domestic and international arbitration resulting in multimillion-dollar awards for his clients.
