A panel of experts including successful entrepreneurs, angel investors and venture capitalists will explain how each term works and how it can be negotiated for the entrepreneur's advantage. There will be time to ask detailed follow-up questions of the panelists. A keynote speaker will describe how to navigate through the fund-raising process while keeping the company running.
