Mr. Yeager is a member of the Environment & Energy and Business & Financial Services Litigation practice groups providing advice to clients on a broad range of environmental, pharmaceutical, and commercial concerns. Mr. Yeager’s primary areas of experience involves oversight of the remediation unit of a large multinational corporation and former Fortune 500 chemical manufacturer. Mr. Yeager is responsible for oversight of legal liabilities for over 30 legacy remediation sites, negotiation with the EPA and various state agencies regarding the scope of remediation for certain large scale first party sites, enforcing contract rights for tender of liabilities against predecessor/successor entities by liaising with other major chemical companies, and assisting in the management of multiple state and federal environmental enforcement actions.
In addition to Mr. Yeager’s environmental law practice, he is a member of the Business Litigation Group and has experience involving electronic discovery management, including experience with the management, coordination, and implementation of large scale national document discovery projects.
Mr. Yeager serves as an Alderman Judge for Court 42 in Newport, Delaware under appointment by the former Governor of the State of Delaware, Ruth Ann Minner.
He is fluent in Russian and German.
