Patrick is a partner in M&E’s Labor and Employment Group who advises businesses regarding all aspects of their relationships with employees. A regular speaker regarding employment law, Patrick is a former co-chair of the Employment Practice Group of the Massachusetts Bar Association and has been a volunteer mediator for the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.
