Ms. Ogilvie's areas of practice include product liability, toxic tort matters and pharmaceutical matters. Ms. Ogilvie has handled state and federal court matters involving exposure to various chemicals or products such as benzene, petroleum products, solvents, silica, asbestos, radiation and PCBs. In the past, she has served as national coordinating counsel for a chemical manufacturer's benzene docket. She also works on a wide array of general business litigation matters.

Ms. Ogilvie currently serves on the Federal Grievance Committee for the United States District Court for Connecticut which handles attorney discipline in the Connecticut federal courts.

Ms. Ogilvie currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Children's Law Center, Inc. and for Hartford Youth Scholars Foundation and on the Executive Committee of Lawyer Collaborative for Diversity. She also handles various pro bono matters for Lawyers for Children and Statewide Legal Services and Co-Chair Hartford County Bar Association's Mentoring Committee.

In 2005, Ms. Ogilvie was selected as a 40 Under Forty award recipient by the Hartford Business Journal. The award honors young professionals who have demonstrated skill and talent in their fields and made significant contributions to their communities. She has also received the Connecticut Law Tribune's New Leaders of the Law Impact Award. In 2010, Ms. Ogilvie was selected as one of Connecticut Law Tribune's 2010 Women in the Law: High Achiever's Yearbook.
