Mr. Silverman concentrates in the areas of complex commercial disputes, automotive franchise regulation and litigation, and business trade practices. Mr. Silverman serves as outside general counsel for the Massachusetts' automobile dealer association representing dealer interests through-out the Northeast on franchise and regulatory issues. He has successfully litigated and settled numerous franchise disputes such as terminations and appointment/siting claims. Mr. Silverman also recently drafted legislation over-hauling Massachusetts' automotive franchise law.

Beyond representing car and truck franchisees, Mr. Silverman also has extensive experience in litigation that arises between partners, shareholders and investors.

Mr. Silverman received his J.D. (cum laude) from Suffolk University Law School.
