The recent Supreme Court decision made Climate Change the lead news story throughout the United States. Commentators across the political spectrum declared that the debate about Climate Change is over. It is the reality. Without a doubt, this will spur new legislation and requirements from the state and federal government that will have implications to those firms that may be directly impacted, as well as the financial, insurance, and legal communities.

Please join us for the fourth seminar in our series of discussions about the current and evolving Climate Change and Greenhouse Gas business and legal environment, emerging regulatory issues and corporate risks and opportunities.
The program will address: the current regulatory structure including the U.S. Supreme Court's April 2 decision in Massachusetts v. EPA, the Kyoto Protocol and state and regional initiatives; legal impacts of climate change ranging from corporate disclosure obligations, to contract implications, to new litigation; business opportunities such as Green Building projects and LEED certification, and business risks such as the availability of insurance coverage;
and how to implement a successful climate change program. The group will share lessons and strategies learned in executing successful programs.
