The New Jersey Site Remediation Reform Act ("SRRA") was approved by both houses of the New Jersey Legislature in March 2009, and is expected to be signed into law shortly. The law will put in place a Licensed Site Remediation Professional ("LSRP") program and will implement other significant changes to environmental site remediation in New Jersey.
