Up to $150 million of low cost, 10 year, interest-only, non-recourse capital is available on a 2-1
matching basis to eligible private equity and mezzanine funds, merchant banks and commercial
lenders. 2% management fees are available based on total capital managed. SBA's SBIC Program
is receiving strong support from the Obama Administration because it facilitates capital into the
marketplace and creates jobs.
