(Philadelphia, PA., June 18, 2010) – McCarter & English announced today that Richard S. Roisman has joined the firm as a partner in the Real Estate/ Construction/ Environmental Practice Group in the Philadelphia office. He focuses his practice on real estate, commercial and corporate finance on behalf of debtors and creditors.

Mr. Roisman serves clients in structuring, documenting, negotiating and closing many types of transactions, including acquisition, construction and permanent real estate loans, asset-based and subscription lines of credit, commercial loans and factoring arrangements, corporate finance transactions, second lien and mezzanine loans, intercreditor, subordination and lien priority arrangements, syndicated loans and participation agreements and debtor-in-possession loans. Mr. Roisman also has extensive experience in assisting lenders and borrowers with restructures and workouts of financing transactions.

Mr. Roisman joins McCarter from Klehr Harrison Harvey Branzburg LLP where he was a partner. He earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law and his Bachelor's Degree from George Washington University.
