Mr. Chokshi is a patent attorney in the Intellectual Property Group. His practice focuses on preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the mechanical, chemical, and pharmaceutical arts. He has represented clients in patent litigation. Additionally, Mr. Chokshi has experience in conducting infringement, validity, and due diligence investigations.
While attending law school, he was an editor of Risk: Health, Safety & Environment.
Mr. Chokshi has been recognized as a New Jersey "Rising Star" in 2009.
