Her practice areas include trademark and copyright law, anti-counterfeiting, unfair competition, internet and fashion law. Ms. Pang has litigation experience in federal courts and proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Ms. Pang also focuses on the strategic management of domestic and international trademark and copyright portfolios. Complementing her prosecution work, she counsels clients in the development and implementation of cost-effective brand protection programs that produce measurable results. These targeted efforts have led to regular seizures of counterfeit goods as well as high-profile raids in the U.S. and abroad that have resulted in the confiscation of millions of dollars’ worth of fake merchandise and counterfeiting equipment. Ms. Pang has coordinated and met with Customs Offices abroad including Hong Kong and China.

Cardozo School of Law and was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. While in law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Kiyo A.
