Ashley focuses her practice on Insurance Recovery, Litigation & Counseling. Ashley assists policyholders with evaluating and securing insurance coverage for both first-party and third-party claims. She represents clients in both state and federal court as well as in arbitration and mediation proceedings. 

Ashley’s insurance coverage experience includes the representation of homebuilders, contractors, and product manufacturers in their insurance coverage disputes under a variety of insurance policies. Ashley has also assisted clients in the evaluation of their current coverage and their insurance coverage needs. She also represents homebuilders, contractors, and product manufacturers in lawsuits involving products liability, bodily injury, construction defect, and mold contamination claims.

In addition to her insurance coverage experience, Ashley has significant experience with antitrust litigation. Ashley was part of a trial team involved in a six-and-a-half month antitrust trial in the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. The trial involved claims seeking damages for antitrust violations and defense against breach of contract, intellectual property, and tort claims.

Ashley is also actively involved in pro bono matters. Ms. Turner has represented domestic violence victims in final restraining order trials and hearings seeking child support.

Ms. Turner serves as a member of the District Ethics Committee for Essex County. Ashley also received the Essex County Bar Association’s Outstanding Young Lawyer Award in May 2017.
