Ms. Kroncke is the Managing Partner of the firm’s Boston office and Leader of the Public Finance Practice Group.

Practicing primarily in the area of public finance, Ms. Kroncke advises clients on all aspects of capital financings and the issuance and sale of tax-exempt and taxable securities. She serves clients as bond counsel and as counsel to underwriters, borrowers, purchasers of municipal securities, and credit enhancers. She provides such services for The Commonwealth of Massachusetts and many of its agencies and authorities as well as for colleges, universities, health care institutions and other not-for-profit institutions. Ms. Kroncke is lead bond counsel to the Massachusetts Water Resources Authority and heads the bond counsel team serving MassDevelopment on its I-Cubed program, where she assists with varied economic development projects for the Commonwealth and its municipalities.

Ms. Kroncke has been recognized as a Chambers USA "Leaders in Their Field" lawyer for 2012-2018. She is also a founding member and the President of Women in Public Finance, Boston. Ms. Kroncke is also a commissioner, appointed by Massachusetts Governor Charlie Baker, on the Massachusetts Judicial Nominating Commission. She was also a featured speaker on the “Project Showcase Improving Infrastructure Finance” panel at the 2015 National Development Finance Summit and is a frequent presenter at conferences and educational seminars regarding infrastructure, economic development matters and issues affecting tax-exempt financings.
