Mr. Greene focuses on consumer financial services, real estate, construction and other complex business litigation. He represents residential and commercial lenders, loan servicers, government-sponsored entities and other financial institutions in prosecuting and defending cases involving contract disputes; violations of state and federal consumer protection laws; tort claims; title issues; and challenges to foreclosures.

He also represents other commercial entities, including general contractors, subcontractors, developers and property owners in commercial contract disputes, business torts, unfair trade practices and other complex civil matters.

During law school, Mr. Greene was a judicial intern for the Hon. Kermit V. Lipez of the U.S. Court of Appeals, First Circuit. Mr. Greene also served as research assistant for two professors, participated in BU’s Civil Litigation Clinic and was a member of its Oxford International Intellectual Property Moot Court team. During Mr. Greene’s final year of law school, he was named a Edward F. Hennessey Distinguished Scholar. Following law school, Mr. Greene served as the Law Fellow in Boston University’s Office of the General Counsel. He regularly serves as a volunteer judge in BU’s various moot court programs.
