Danielle Weslock concentrates her practice in Commercial Litigation-Debtor/Creditor.
Ms. Weslock has experience with residential and commercial mortgage foreclosures, where she represents banks and other financial institutions and lenders before state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. In addition, Ms. Weslock has experience with breach-of-contract actions based on promissory notes and guarantees, the collection of book accounts, and various real-estate transactions, including condemnations. Ms. Weslock has also negotiated and documented loan modifications and forbearance agreements and regularly advises clients on these commercial-litigation issues.
Ms. Weslock graduated from Rutgers University School of Law, cum laude, and is a member of the Order of the Coif. She was the Managing Editor of the Women's Rights Law Reporter. She remains active at the school by judging oral arguments of first year students.
