Mr. Yeager is a Senior Attorney and member of the firm's Business & Financial Services Litigation practice group with more than 10 years providing advice and legal counsel on environmental and products liability matters to multinational and cross border clients. Mr. Yeager has extensive experience in many areas of environmental law including representing clients involved in small and large scale environmental litigations as well as providing legal counsel to clients dealing with administrative enforcement proceedings stemming from federal and state agencies nationwide in connection to matters governed by CERCLA, RCRA, and TSCA. His environmental experience extends to representing clients at complex third-party disposal sites (e.g. hazardous waste landfills and drum handling sites) as part of, or adverse to, potentially responsible party (“PRP”) groups formed to collectively negotiate cleanup orders and other response actions with state and federal environmental regulatory agencies as well as advising clients on corporate and commercial transactional documents including, supply chain agreements, primary and ancillary agreements connected to mergers and acquisitions, and federal and state agency consent decrees and private party settlement agreements.

In addition, Mr. Yeager has several years of experience defending corporate and pharmaceutical clients in product liability actions in both state and MDL proceedings primarily on issues involving and advising clients on all stages of Electronic Discovery. He possesses in-depth knowledge and experience of the issues that clients face regarding electronic discovery in large scale litigations including management of review and production of technically complex structured data sets. This experience extends to assisting clients identify, access, and manage regulatory compliance risk issues to provide counsel on behalf of clients to negotiate and achieve effective resolutions connected to regulatory investigations and examinations.

Mr. Yeager formerly served as Alderman Judge for Court 42 in Newport, Delaware under appointment by the former Governor of the State of Delaware, Ruth Ann Minner.

He is fluent in Russian and German.
