Kia is an experienced patent litigator having appeared before U.S. district courts and the International Trade Commission.  Kia has participated in every aspect of district court and ITC litigation, including taking witness testimony at trial, taking and defending depositions, briefing claim construction, drafting and arguing motions, formulating litigation and pre-litigation strategy, and day-to-day case management.
