Leah R. McCoy is an intellectual property litigator. Her practice is concentrated in patent litigation matters involving various technologies before the International Trade Commission and federal district courts.

She has participated in all aspects of district court and ITC litigation from pre-suit investigation through appeal, including drafting pleadings and motions, overseeing all facets of complex e-discovery, taking and defending depositions, briefing claim construction and summary judgment, trial preparation, appellate briefing, and day-to-day management of matters of all sizes.

Leah’s practice encompasses a wide range of products and technologies, including LED lighting, optical disk drives, call processing, direct carrier billing, and GPS.

In addition to her intellectual property litigation work, Leah represents pro bono clients in a variety of matters, including divorce, custody, guardianship, and domestic violence matters.
