Mead Mišić concentrates his practice on patent litigation and associated intellectual property and business disputes. In particular, he focuses on technical aspects of patent litigation including infringement and validity strategies, claim construction, expert witness interfacing, discovery and trial preparation in the areas of electronics, photonics and electromagnetics, telecommunications, displays, networks, storage devices, thermal management, mechanical and software technologies. Mr. Mišić has experience in IP cases before the U.S. International Trade Commission, Japan Commercial Arbitration Association and various U.S. federal district courts.

Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Mišić spent seven years as a Litigation Technology Specialist and a Registered Patent Agent. As a registered Patent Agent, he assisted in drafting and prosecuting of U.S. and foreign patent applications, as well as managing patent portfolios for large and small clients in the fields of: network application delivery, network acceleration, connection management, server based computing environments, lighting, LEDs, optics, software applications, robotics, medical devices, micro-fluidics, and semiconductors.

Mr. Mišić also has five years of engineering experience as an R&D Engineer in research and development of quantum dot light emitting devices (QDLEDs) displays, and as a Final Test Engineer in testing of semiconductor manufacturing equipment including Ion Implanters, Ashers and Photostabilizers. In addition, he has a prior academic research experience in the fields of Optical Fibers and Astronomy.
