Ms. Foley is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. She concentrates her practice in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate, the leasing of retail, office and industrial properties, and the financing of commercial and residential projects on behalf of both lenders and borrowers. She handles virtually all types of commercial leases and subleases for a variety of usages, including industrial, office and retail space.

She represents clients in the buying and selling of commercial and residential properties and the related financing aspects of such transactions. Ms. Foley has handled numerous joint venture transactions, including the acquisition, development and financing of retail centers. She also coordinates the review of due diligence and transfer of real estate in connection with other mergers and acquisitions.

Additionally, she counsels borrowers and lenders in permanent and construction loan transactions.

Preparing and negotiating retail, office and warehouse leases on behalf of landlords and tenants.
Representing institutional investors in connection with the acquisition and disposition of real property.
Representing religious institutions in the disposition of property.
Representing purchaser in connection with the development of a residential project as part of an overall redevelopment plan.
Negotiating a revolving credit facility for the acquisition of development sites.
Representing borrowers and lenders in connection with in all stages of commercial mortgage loans, including the review of due diligence and the negotiation of loan documents.
Negotiating acquisition agreements on behalf of institutional investors for the purchase commercial properties, including shopping centers, "power centers" and self-storage facilities.
