Ms. Pisko is an associate in the Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice group, focusing her practice on creditor rights, bankruptcy and commercial litigation. Ms. Pisko represents lenders, financial institutions, secured and unsecured creditors as well as bankruptcy trustees in both state and federal court proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Pisko served as a law clerk for the Honorable Katharine S. Hayden of the District Court of New Jersey, and the Honorable Jaynee LaVecchia of the Supreme Court of New Jersey.
Ms. Pisko graduated from Seton Hall University School of Law, cum laude, in 2015, where she served as Editor-in Chief of the Law Review. Ms. Pisko received the graduation award for excellence in Leadership and Scholarship. She has published in several law reviews, including The University of Michigan Journal of Gender and Drexel University Law Review.
