Peter Campitiello Named Managing Partner of East Brunswick Office

1.1.2023

McCarter & English, LLP has named Peter Campitiello as Managing Partner of the firm’s East Brunswick, New Jersey, office. In addition to maintaining his current practice, Campitiello will oversee operations and the business of running the office.

“We have a wonderful and dedicated group of people in the East Brunswick office,” said Campitiello. “It will be a privilege to work with them in this new position, and I look forward to building on our successes as we continue to expand the office.”

Campitiello, a partner in the firm’s Corporate practice, represents public and private companies in corporate, securities, and commercial matters, including financing, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and regulatory issues. He routinely serves as outside general counsel to companies in the life sciences, alternative energy, cannabis, and private equity industries at all stages of their business life cycles, advising about the many complex legal issues affecting their businesses. He has represented numerous companies in going-public transactions, from organization through initial offerings, financing, and securities listings.

He received his law degree from New York University and his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from La Salle University.

Campitiello succeeds Mark Daniele, who is stepping down after being named in 2022 as Managing Partner of the office.
