The Scope of Corporate Income Tax Expands in a Final Rule From NJ Department of Taxation

Partner Mike Puzyk speaks with Bloomberg Law to discuss the New Jersey Division of Taxation’s final adoption of its long-awaited Corporation Business Tax Regulations.  Mike discussed the Division’s response to comments critical of the Division’s rules related to Federal legislation limiting the taxation of companies engaged in the solicitation of sales of tangible personal property.  Mike also lauded the Division’s speed, diligence and attentiveness to the taxpayer community in drafting and releasing the regulations.
