MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
College graduate with 0–3 years prior legal secretarial experience
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
- Format contracts and other legal documents with the ability to learn additional software
- Assist attorneys with filings at government agencies and various courts
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Submit reimbursements and other business development expenses
- Perform research projects for attorneys
- Organize and manage attorney electronic files
- Compile and prepare reports and presentations
SKILLS
- Must be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and a team player
- Possess great organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Advanced MS Office skills preferred
