Alexa Gomez focuses her practice on toxic tort liability, product liability, and complex tort litigation. She has vast experience defending corporate clients in toxic tort and product liability litigation from inception through trial, including but not limited to, drafting motions and pleadings, taking depositions, conducting trial preparation and negotiating settlements.
While earning her law degree, Alexa competed on the nationally ranked Dispute Resolution Society Mediation team where she won the regional competition, was a finalist in the national competition, and was selected to represent Fordham Law in the International Commercial Mediation Competition in Paris, France. She also was a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law and served as the Treasurer of Fordham’s Domestic Violence Action Center.
