Caroline Colpoys represents government contractors in bid protests, investigations, contract claims, including terminations for convenience and default, and disputes between subcontractors and prime contractors.
Prior to joining the firm, Caroline acquired experience while practicing with another Washington, D.C. firm where she advised clients on compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), and export controls. She also represented government contractors in a variety of matters including bid protests, teaming agreements, subcontract disputes, and assisted in internal investigations related to cybersecurity issues and claims with potential False Claims Act liability. Beyond her background in government contracts, Caroline has assisted clients in the areas of business litigation and products liability.
While in law school, Caroline was a legal clerk with the both the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission Office of Enforcement, and the Disclosure Unit of the United State Office of Special Counsel.
