Connor Phalon represents clients across many industries in environmental and energy litigation, transactions, and regulatory matters. With a broad array of experience, Connor is better able to assist clients with cross cutting issues.
He represents clients in complex environmental litigation, including cost recovery actions and cost allocations involving Superfund sites and soil, groundwater, and sediment contamination concerning varied emerging and legacy contaminants. Connor is a member of McCarter’s PFAS team and is currently assisting clients in various PFAS matters in New Jersey, New York, and California.
Connor has experience performing environmental due diligence investigations in connection with the purchase and sale and financing of commercial real estate. He also assists clients with preparing and negotiating leases for renewable energy projects.
Connor is also committed to public service and is an active member of the firm’s Pro Bono programs. He proudly works with The Veterans Consortium to represent veterans denied benefits earned from military service and the Volunteer Lawyers for Justice to assist individuals seeking an expungement of their past criminal records. He is currently representing an incarcerated individual before the US Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit concerning purported civil rights violations.
