Darren Smolarski is an associate in the Insurance Recovery, Litigation & Counseling Practice. Prior to joining McCarter, Darren served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable John K. Sherwood of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of New Jersey, where he assisted in numerous consumer and corporate bankruptcy matters. Darren is also a former judicial law clerk to the Honorable Lisa A. Firko in New Jersey’s Appellate Division.
