Dhruthi Batchu focuses her practice on intellectual property litigation. She represents clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office to obtain patent protection and assists clients in disputes over intellectual property, including patent, copyright and trademark infringement cases in the federal district courts and the Patent Office.
Dhruthi earned her LLB (JD equivalent) from Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University, where she concentrated in Intellectual Property and International Law. Before joining the firm, she served as a judicial law clerk to the Honorable William G. Young, whom she assisted with civil and criminal matters, including Markman hearings, fair use in copyright, trademark infringement, and arbitration agreements.
Dhruthi also assists clients with creating and maintaining trademarks and trademark portfolios.
