Dustyn Mascia advises developers, banks, non-profit organizations, business clients, and other financial institutions on commercial real estate lending and credit arrangements as well as on a range of other real estate matters. She also helps clients with virtually all types of commercial leases and subleases for a variety of uses, including industrial, office and retail space.
Dustyn also has experience working with Massachusetts state agencies and affordable housing developers in negotiating and documenting multi-lender loan transactions involving the use of various governmental community development programs and tax incentive programs for affordable housing development.
