Jeffrey Matrullo represents private developers and institutions in commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing. Jeff handles acquisitions and dispositions involving retail, office and multifamily projects as well as environmentally impaired properties. For leasing transactions, Jeff represents landlords and tenants, nationally and locally, in retail, office and industrial leasing matters, including ones involving new construction or significant renovations to existing structures.
His finance experience includes helping banks, institutional lenders and borrowers throughout the country structure complex financing transactions involving acquisition loans, construction loans, permanent loans or leasehold mortgage syndicated loans. Jeff’s financing work includes syndicated loans involving multiple lenders and participants and financing incorporating such collateral types as retail centers, units within a common interest community, office buildings and equipment.
Serving in leadership roles within the real estate industry and his community, Jeff is a member of the International Council of Shopping Center’s Next Generation Planning Committee and the Executive Committee of Connecticut’s Real Estate Finance Association, and is an elected member of the Board of Education for the Town of Cromwell, Connecticut.
