Jennifer Kane helps clients address their commercial real estate lending, acquisition and disposition, land use and zoning, and real estate development needs and supports affordable housing and economic development projects. She assists clients concerning many types of commercial real estate lending, including permanent and interim financing, construction financing, and other arrangements. Jennifer brings 10 years of combined experience in project and account management, business development, and management information systems to her current legal work. While attending law school, Jennifer was involved with the Veteran’s Legal Clinic and conducted research for University of Connecticut’s Center for Land Use and Education Research.
