Jillian Bray focuses on mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, debt and equity financings, loan transactions, securities law, and general corporate matters. Her work includes communicating with clients on day-to-day transactional activities, drafting transaction documents, conducting due diligence, creating and maintaining disclosure schedules, and handling other critical documents for deals spanning small, privately-negotiated matters to those involving substantial multinational public companies.
Jillian also handles venture capital deals for tech, tech-enabled, and life science enterprises, including women-led startups in their entrepreneurial activities; lending issues for borrowers, including small businesses needing guidance regarding the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP); and transportation, logistics, and supply chain management matters for manufacturing, retail, distribution, and related industry clients.
She is committed to pro bono service, helping individuals and families in need of asylum, expungement, and immigration and naturalization representation.
