Justyn Stokely represents businesses and individuals in complex litigation and business matters. He participates in all phases of litigation in state and federal courts, as well as in administrative agencies and arbitration. Justyn’s experience includes handling matters involving business disputes, unfair trade practices, misappropriation of trade secrets, contract disputes, employment litigation, and product liability claims.
Prior to joining McCarter, Justyn practiced at an AmLaw 100 firm where he represented clients in a broad range of civil litigation matters across the country. He began his legal career as a judicial law clerk at the Connecticut Appellate Court and as a law clerk to the Honorable Robert M. Spector, U.S. District Court, District of Connecticut. He graduated magna cum laude from Quinnipiac University School of Law in 2017, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Quinnipiac Law Review. While in law school, Justyn interned at the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Connecticut and worked in the law school’s Veteran’s Legal Clinic.
