Katelyn Gillece handles product liability matters, specifically pharmaceutical and medical device litigation. Most recently Katelyn has been involved in defending a major pharmaceutical company in product liability actions in both state and MDL proceedings where she worked primarily on issues surrounding Electronic Discovery. Katelyn has managed and coordinated a large scale electronic discovery review in which millions of documents were collected, reviewed and produced. She possesses in-depth knowledge of the issues that clients face regarding electronic discovery in large scale litigations including management of review and production of technically complex structured data sets.
Katelyn has considerable experience in the electronic discovery arena. She serves on McCarter’s E-Discovery Committee and is a member of the SEDONA CONFERENCE® Working Group on Electronic Document Retention and Production.
