Kristin counsels clients on strategies for IP ownership and protection, trademark enforcement and litigation, clearance and portfolio management, registration strategies, branding procedures, copyright protection and litigation, licensing, domain names, privacy policies and website terms of use. She has significant experience with opposition and cancellation proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
Kristin has a deep understanding of the intellectual property issues involved in transactions and other corporate matters including IP-related risk management, IP due diligence, IP issues in asset purchase and employment agreements, and data privacy regulations.
