Lauren Nakachi focuses on estate planning and administration, including the preparation of complex estate planning documents to help her clients meet their wealth transfer, gift planning, and business succession goals. She advises clients on probate matters, fiduciary obligations, the preparation and filing of estate tax returns, and elder law matters.
Lauren is dedicated to education equality and serves on the board of the PEP Foundation, a college-access program that offers academic, social-emotional, and financial support for eligible Summit, New Jersey, public school students. While attending law school, Lauren interned in her prior law firm’s New York office and with the Seton Hall Center for Social Justice.
