Dr. Lingling Zhao, a patent agent, is experienced in drafting and prosecuting domestic and international patent applications for clients in the electronics and software fields, including the following areas:

Hardware: mechanical devices, electro-mechanical devices, electronics, consumer electronics, optics, circuits, semiconductors, telecommunications, robotics, autonomous vehicle systems, unmanned aerial vehicle technologies, and energy technologies.

Software: machine/deep learning, artificial intelligence, blockchain, smart contract, optimization and modeling, signal/image processing, image reconstruction, data structure, e-commerce, and cloud computing.

Healthcare: medical devices, biosensors, biotechnology, nanotechnology, and tissue engineering.

In her previous role with an international law firm, Lingling worked with Chinese inventors and engineers in drafting U.S. applications and performing clearance analysis; conducted disclosure meetings with inventors; conducted examiner interviews to prosecute applications; drafted Office Action responses; and instructed foreign associates in prosecuting applications in foreign countries.
