Neal Speece is an associate in the Products Liability, Mass Torts & Consumer Class Actions practice. He has represented several prominent insurance companies in large-scale subrogation actions throughout the Mid-Atlantic region. He has substantial experience conducting depositions and crafting legal briefs, and has argued numerous legal motions before trial courts in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Neal also has substantial experience in the electronic discovery arena and has represented several international pharmaceutical companies in multidistrict class action proceedings. His experience in this area includes: supervising a team of attorneys completing review of medical records from nearly 10,000 potential claimants to determine eligibility for participation in a large class action pharmaceutical litigation; reviewing numerous pharmaceutical company internal documents to ensure appropriate withholding of privileged information in several class action lawsuits; and supervising teams of more than 50 attorneys tasked with reviewing and analyzing millions of electronic documents for issues pertaining to relevancy, confidentiality, privilege, and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
