Peri Kutchin represents clients in a variety of matrimonial matters and has handled cases in probate and family courts across the Commonwealth. Her practice focuses on complex divorce and family litigation including child custody and parenting plans, alimony and child support, asset division, modification and contempt actions, prenuptial agreements, and guardianship.
She is a trained mediator and has been appointed by the Justices of the Probate and Family Court as an Attorney representing children (ARC).
