Rob also frequently handles complex multistate transactions and recently served as the team leader in charge of a large acquisition of triple net leased properties in several different states.

Rob has significant experience handling multifamily transactions and has successfully closed hundreds of sales and acquisitions ranging in size from $1 million to more than $50 million.

Rob is an active leader in his community and has received several awards and recognition for his charitable and pro bono work throughout the Philadelphia region. Rob previously served on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Philadelphia and Legacy Youth Tennis and Education. Rob was a nationally ranked tennis player growing up and played Division 1 singles in college. Rob is also an avid motorcycle rider, collector, and enthusiast.
