Sandra Demirci protects her clients’ interests in complex business litigation and commercial matters in state and federal courts. Her experience includes advising clients on matters concerning product liability, toxic torts, construction, real estate, local government, land use, transportation, entertainment and media, and environmental and premise liability.
Sandra previously served as a prosecutor in the Miami-Dade State Attorney’s Office. During her tenure, she prosecuted twelve felony jury trials to verdicts, including attempted murder, armed kidnapping, armed robbery, aggravated battery with a firearm, and narcotics trafficking cases. Sandra was also responsible for investigating, analyzing, and approving charging decisions in specially assigned cases involving vulnerable victims and complex legal issues within the statutory deadline.
While in law school, Sandra gained invaluable experience as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Jose M. Rodriguez of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of Florida and for the United States Attorney’s Office in the Southern District of Florida, where she assisted in all stages of prosecution with the Asset Forfeiture Division.
Before starting law school, Sandra worked as a client service associate at Morgan Stanley, advising Spanish-speaking international investors on every aspect of wealth management and estate planning.
