Her experience includes representing a wide range of clients, including large and small companies in products liability, toxic tort, consumer class actions, commercial, professional liability, and employment related matters. Sarah focuses her practice on the defense of manufacturers and distributors of products ranging from pharmaceuticals and medical devices in single and multi-party cases. She also assists manufacturers in evaluating and managing potential risks, which includes developing comprehensive and proactive compliance strategies.
Sarah also has experience representing large domestic and international air carriers in general aviation personal injury and premises liability matters that implicate both federal and state laws, as well as international treaties, including the Montreal Convention.
Prior to joining McCarter, Sarah’s duties with a New York-based litigation firm included preparing pre-trial discovery, assisting with all aspects of litigation during trial and post-trial matters.
In law school, Sarah received the Samuel J. Heyman Summer Fellowship for Public Service and was elected Symposium Editor for the Seton Hall Law Legislative Journal. She was a translator for the Center for Social Justice (pro bono clinic) and served as a judicial intern for the Honorable Michael A. Shipp, U.S.D.J. After law school, Sarah clerked for the Honorable Mitzy Galis-Menendez, J.S.C. in Jersey City, New Jersey.
