Tara A. Sheldon is an associate in the firm’s Products Liability, Mass Torts and Consumer Class Actions Practice. Her practice focuses on representing clients in product liability, asbestos, and complex civil and commercial litigation in both state and federal courts. Tara assists clients in preventing, mitigating, and managing exposure through risk, crises, and claims and litigation management. She scrupulously attends to every detail in preparing to defend clients. Tara has experience in many aspects of litigation, including offensive and defensive discovery, dispositive motions, pretrial motions, trial preparation, and mediation.
Prior to working at the firm, Tara was a temporary assistant clerk to the Honorable A. Susan Peck at the Hartford Superior Court. During law school, she was a judicial intern to the Honorable Henry J. Boroff at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Massachusetts and the Honorable K. Michael Moore at the U.S. District Court in South Florida.
